THE PROCESS
a little glimpse into how we work

Complete our Design Questionnaire. We’ll then jump on a short discovery call to discuss the scope of your project and make sure we’re a fit.

Next we’ll complete our in-home consultation. During this time, we’ll review your ideas and inspirations for the project and get to know your space.

Following the consultation, we’ll send over a contract that covers the entirety of the project as well as retainer fees.

Upon receiving the signed contract, your designer will begin creating floorplans, furniture layouts, mood boards for the project.

Mid-way presentation is scheduled to review the selections and schemes.

Your designer will then make edits and present the final plan.

Once approved, the procurement stage begins and we handle all orders and vendor/sub-contractor management.

Installation - Our designers arrive with their team to place furniture and items, install soft goods, hang art and lighting, place decorative accessories and make your design dreams come true.

We live in a high-rise condo that we purchased 7 years ago new. The finishes, flooring, and fixtures that came with the unit were somewhat dark and lacked character. Our goal was to achieve a sense of lightness to our living space and at the same time create an environment that was beautiful yet comfortable and inviting for ourselves, guests, family, and friends.
The design team at HH nailed it. Through the process they listened to what we liked, didn't like, and grasped what we wanted to achieve. They brought fresh ideas, designs and layouts that enabled more functionality to the living space as well as introduced design elements that we probably wouldn't have chosen on our own but brought delight and surprise to the finished space. It was important that we didn't end up with something that was a showroom - combining antiques and older furnishings, art and decor with modern gives a sense that it has evolved over time.
We love how our project turned out and love living in our new refreshed environment.
